FINANCE DEPARTMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
DEPARTMENT.

COUNTY, ILLINOIS, THIS 25TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2002.
ORDINANCE NO. 2170
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES REPLACING
THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
That Chapter 2, Division 3.5 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as
follows:
I. That Sections 2-69 through 2-72 are hereby amended by replacing all
references to "Finance Department" with "Management Services
Department" and replacing the "Director of the Finance Department" with
the "Director of the Management Services Department".
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval,
and publication as required by law.
