AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAtNCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2015 -2016 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVERS LICENSE for Safeway Taxi & Limo Inc. for the 2015 -2016
License Term by the following:
Anwar U. Janjua
Zia U. Janjua
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2015 -2016 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the2015-
2016 License Term to Anwar U. Janjua and Zia U. Janjua.
Adopted this 24 day of February, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
