WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination for
the position of
COORDINATOR FEDERAL AND STATE AID
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification of
Eligibles for Appointment, dated Februat_-y 10, 1999 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
JOHN RIGGIO
is eligible for appointment to the position of
COORDINATOR FEDERAL AND STATE AID
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
JOHN RIGGIO
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
COORDINATOR FEDERAL AND STATE AID
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated
FEBRUARY 10, 1999
as provided by law, effective FEBRUARY 10, 1999
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith to
the New Jersey Department of PersonneJ, P.O. Box 316, Trenton, NJ 08625-0316.
Adopted this 4th day of March, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
