July 9, 2001
7:30 PM~ Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on July 9~ 2001 in the Hillsborough Town
Barn. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor Horace H. Johnson~ Sr., and Commissioners
Frances Dancy~ Evelyn Lloyd~ Kenneth Chavious~ Mark Sheridan, and Brian Lowen. Staff
present were Town Manager Eric Peterson~ Town Clerk Donna Armbrister~ Town Engineer
Kenny Keel, Police Chief Nathaniel Eubanks~ and Town Attorney Bob Hornik.
Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr. opened the Closed Session.
Town Attorney Bob Hornik gave an update on the court ruling regarding the Reservoir litigation
involving the Crabtree property.
After some discussion, the Board authorized the Town Attorney to file an Appeal petition on the
ruling.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Lowen, seconded by Commissioner Chavious, the Board
~d ~a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
