RESOLUTION NO. 2023-06-03
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN FOR VICTORIA VILLAGE
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE 11 ACRE VACANT LOT KNOWN AS VICTORIA VILLAGE
AND IDENTIFIED AS LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK, A, LOTS 1 THROUGH 9,
BLOCK, B, LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK, C, LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE,
BLOCK, D, LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK, E, LOTS 1 THROUGH 5, INCLUSIVE,
BLOCK, F ALSO KNOWN AS 225 PARK AVE
WHEREAS, the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing awarded the
Town of Fraser $3,040,000 in grant funds through the Operation Turnkey (OTK) Grant Program
for the acquisition of the Victoria Village subdivision for the primary purpose of developing
affordable housing in Fraser.
WHEREAS, Mountain Affordable Housing Development LLC was the chosen developer
for the Victoria Village Subdivision on February 1, 2023
WHEREAS, Public interactive workshops were held to receive public input
regarding the needs of the community on March 15, April 13, May 17, and June 21, 2023.
WHEREAS, Public Hearing was published in the Middle Park Times on June 15,
2023 to present the final Victoria Village Master Plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board hereby approves the Victoria Village Master Plan.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED THIS 1ST DAY OF FEBRUA 2023.
