AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
December 2,2019
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
December 2,2019 in the conference room at the City Building, 50 North 5th Street,Richmond,IN.
Chair Misty Hollis called the meeting to order at 6:29 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner, Jamie Lopeman, Kelley
Cruse-Nicholson,Clay Miller,Ron O1er and Chair Misty Hollis. Board member Bruce Wissel was
absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
