AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
July 29, 2019
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
July 29,2019 in the large conference room at the Richmond Power and Light service building,2000
U.S. 27 South,Richmond, IN. RP&L Chair,Misty Hollis, called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
Members'present was Jamie Lopeman,Jeffrey Locke,Gary Turner,Kelley Cruse-Nicholson,
Clay Miller,Ron Oler,Bruce Wissel and Chair Misty Hollis. Board member Doug Goss was absent.
Attending from Richmond Power and Light was Tony Foster and General Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2b).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
