HomeMy Public PortalAbout2m;soixmos _ ooo A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2-1999, FIXING ~ NUMBER AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES Richmond Power and Light has previously adopted Resolution No. 2-1999, by which Resolution salaries were established for all employees during the year 1999; and the above Resolution did not contain the job classification of "Telecommunication Director"; and it is the desire of RP&L to amend the above Resolution to allow for the job classification of "Telecommunication Director" for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1999, and ending September 30, 2000. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 2-1999 is hereby amended by adding the following section thereto: 1. The following shall be added to said resolution: In addition to the salaries established herein, the General manager is authorized to implement any two step-six month interval classification increase required to be provided to an employee pursuant to the employee's classification. In further addition to the salaries established herein, all employees shall also be entitled to the fringe benefits set forth within the employee policy manual. 2. The following job title, effective date, hourly rate, and bi-weekly pay shall be added to Schedule A of said resolution as indicated below: Job Title Effective Date Hourly Rate Bi-Weekly Pay Telecommunication Director April 17, 2000 $28.85 $2,308.00 3.
