The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
May 6,2019 in the Law office at the City building,50 North 5th Street,Richmond,IN. Chairperson
Misty Hollis called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Clay Miller, Jamie Lopeman, Bruce Wissel, Jeffrey
Locke,Misty Hollis,Ron Oler,Kelley Cruse-Nicholson,Gary Turner and Board Chair Misty Hollis
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2b).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
