AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 11, 2019
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday,November 11,2019
in the Auditorium at the RP&L service building. Chairperson Misty Hollis called the meeting to
order at 6:02 p.m. Members present were Ron Oler, Clay Miller,Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Gary
Turner,Jamie Lopeman, Bruce Wissel and Chairperson Hollis. Absent were Board Members
Doug Goss and Jeffrey Locke. Also attending from Richmond Power and Light were Sandra
Lambert, Rich Cody, Tony Foster, Aaron Haller, Clay Carman, Susan Alexander and General
Manager,Randall Baker.
Also attending in the audience were newly elected Board Members Larry Parker,Jane
Bumbalough,Bill Engle, and Jeff Cappa.
1. Presentation of the proposed 2020 expense budget and the 2020,2021, 2022
capital budgets.
General Manager Randall Baker presented to the Board of Directors the proposed
expense budget for 2020 and the proposed capital budget for 2020.
With no further business to discuss,Board member Kelley Cruse-Nicholson made a
motion for adjournment at 8:10 p.m. Gary Turner seconded the motion,with all in favor,the
meeting was adjourned.
