The Employee Relations Committee of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session
on Thursday,November 14th,2019 in conference room of the Service Building,2000 U.S.27 South,
Richmond,IN. Chairperson Misty Hollis called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Clay Miller, Bruce Wissel,Ron Oler, and Board Chair

This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 11:25 a.m.
