AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
April 9, 2018
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on
Monday, April 9, 2018 in the large conference room at the Richmond Power and Light service
building,2000 U.S.27 South,Richmond,IN. Misty Hollis,Vice Chair,called the meeting to order
at 6:11 p.m.
Members' present was Doug Goss, Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson,
Clay Miller,Ron Oler,and Vice Chair Misty Hollis. Board member Jaime Lopeman and Chairman
Bruce Wissel were absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was Bob Schroeder and
General Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than
the subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
