AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 12,2018
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday,November 12, 2018
in the Auditorium at the RP&L service building. Chairperson Bruce Wissel called the meeting to
order at 6:02 p.m. Member's present was Doug Goss, Ron Oler, Clay Miller, Misty Hollis,
Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner,Jamie Lopeman and Chairman Wissel. Absent was Board member
Kelley Cruse-Nicholson. Also attending from Richmond Power and Light were Sandra Lambert,
Rich Cody, Tony Foster, Susan Alexander and General Manager, Randall Baker.
1. Presentation of the proposed 2019 expense budget and the 2019,2020, 2021
capital budgets.
General Manager Randall Baker presented to the Board of Directors the proposed
expense budget for 2019 and the proposed capital budgets for 2019, 2020,2021.
Board member Misty Hollis requested the dollar amount for a vehicle in Responsibility
1300 be reduced from 40 thousand dollars to 30 thousand dollars. General Manager Randy
Baker said that would be done before the budget is put on the Agenda December 3,2018.
After discussion concerning Parallax, General Manager Randy Baker was asked to
present to the board a Parallax/Richmond Power and Light continuity plan. Mr. Baker will have
this complete and ready for Board review by the end of the first quarter of 2019.
With no further business to discuss,Board member Ron Oler made a motion for
adjournment at 8:20 p.m. Jeffrey Locke seconded the motion,with all in favorer,the meeting
was adjourned.
