OLD BUSINESS: None NEW BUSINESS: None REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGER: • RP&L General Report The street lights for Sandbridge are ready to be put up but have to be run through the Board of Public Works for approval before they can be installed. They are the ones who should decide who gets the street lights and who doesn't. Devon Drive would have to get a petition with 60% of the properties owners' signatures that would be affected by the street lights. Then a Resolution would have to be passed by the Board of Works allowing RP&L to design and install the street lights. A contract would have to be entered into with the Board of Public Works and RP&L accepting the street lights and agreeing to pay the annual fee for the lights. It is up to the Engineering to implement the process. The General Manager told the Board that the ordinance that was passed is moving forward.
