AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
October 30, 2017
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, October 30, 2017 in
the Council Chambers at the City building. Chairperson Ronald Oler called the meeting to order
at 6:34 p.m. Member's present was Doug Goss, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson,Bruce Wissel, Clay
Miller,Misty Hollis,Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner,Jamie Lopeman and Chairman Oler. Also
attending from Richmond Power and Light were Sandra Lambert, Rich Cody, Skip Moore, Mike
Elstro,Amy Burns, Ralph Bane, Bob Schroeder, Clay Carman, Susan Alexander and General
Manager,Randall Baker. City Attorney A.J. Sickmann was also in attendance
1. Presentation of the proposed 2018 expense budget and the 2018, 2019, 2020
capital budgets.
General Manager Randall Baker presented to the Board of Directors the proposed
expense budget for 2018 and the proposed capital budgets for 2018,2019, 2020. The department
managers were in attendance for further explanation and to answer any questions.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
