AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
September 5, 2017
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Tuesday,
September 5,2017 in the Law department office at the City building,50 North 5th Street Richmond,
IN. Chairperson Ronald Oler, PhD called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Bruce Wissel, Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner, Jamie
Lopeman,Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Clay Miller,Misty Hollis and Chairman Oler. Attending from
Richmond Power and Light was General Manager Randall Baker. Also in attendance was City
Attorney, A.J. Sickmann.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
