AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175.00 FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND TO FIRE DEPARTMENT PAY
ROLL BUDGET * (additional money to pay Fireman. Sticco a captains pay)
`r,HEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City Government in the annual budget.
SECTION 1, BE 1T 0FX;AT11D by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
t",,a t, for the expensas of the City govezrnoient and its institutions for the year
and.ing recember 31.., 19 62 _„ Lhe following amount of money is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of the fund named and f'oi° the purpose specified, said sum being subject
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held
to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2 That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared toexist°
