SECTION 1. ® WOOREAS, Ordinance Mo. 1472-1953 cO aoanly jmo� as
the Zoning Ordinance of Richmond and the Zone Haps juade a part thereof
designates and describes as "A" Residential District, the following
described territory in Said City of Richmond, Wayne County, State of
Indiana, to -wit:
Lots 46, 49,. 50, . 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55 in Hale Terrace
Sub9Diviaio n, Second Addition, to ti-ae City of Richmond,
Wayne County, Indiana.
AREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of
said territory to "C" Reoldential DiStri,ct.
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. o it is hereby ordained that the use district in the
Zoning Ordinance and on the Zone Map be, and the oar is hereby
changed cowering the above described territory to "C" Residential,
District and that the said territory and the use and area thereof be
regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. - This Ordinance mall be in full force and affect upon
and after its pa3zage by the Common CoUnCil Of th8 City _of Richmond,
Indiana, with the signature of the President ®f the Comwn Council,
submission to and approval by the Nayor of the City of Richmond and
after publication as required by lavy.
Passed by the Common Council, of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
