PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 415.
The ordinance revises code sections
826.25 and 825.25.5 to provide for
20 foot side yard setbacks and 40
foot rear yard setbacks on lots small-
er than five acres in the rural resi-
dential zoning districts. These are
the setbacks which applied previous-
ly to a recent amendment of the ordi-
nance. All setbacks remain at 50 feet
for lots five acres or larger. A copy of
the complete ordinance is available
from the city administrator -clerk at
Medina city hall.
