RESOLUTION NO. 2023-07-06
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER AND TOWN STAFF TO APPLY FOR
THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS STRONG COMMUNITIES
INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGAM.
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees approved a letter of intent to apply for the Division of
Housing Transformational Affordable Housing Grant (TAHG) during the December 7, 2022
meeting.
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees submitted a letter of commitment to the application
and potential 25% match during the January 30, 2023 special meeting.
WHEREAS, the Town did not received TANG funding and is continuing to execute a
grant funding strategy.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser Trustees authorizes Town Staff to submit the online Letter of
Intent for the Strong Communities Infrastructure Grant Program.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF JULY 2023.
