ORDINANCE -NO. 1918-1962
AN. ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGING OF THE NAME AND THE RENAMING
OFTHE STREET NOW MOWN: AND DESIGNATED AS: 11HYFIELD DRIVE" IN THE CITY
OF RICFD401D, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA., AND PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING' EF5`EiCT
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Coruaon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
SECTION 1. The name of the street in the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, in the Crestdale Sub -Division, second (2) Addition, connecting
with Northwood Drive, is now known and designated as "HYFIELD DRIVE"', be
and the same is hereby changed to "NORTHWOOD DRIVE"'and the same is hereby
renamed and shall be designated as "NORTHWOOD DRIVE".
SECTION 2. The City.Clerk of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana,
is hereby ordered and directed to record a certified copy of this Ordinance
in the office of the Wayne County Recorder, Wayne County, Indiana.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
it's passage and approval by the Mayor.
