AN ORDINANCE TO AP HOPRIATE $200.00 FROM T17 CITY GENERAL FUND TO THE
BUDGET OF TPE DOG WARDEN FOR TRUCK REPAIRS.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City Government in the annual budget.

and set apart out of the fund- namad and for the purpose specified, said sun being subject

to include all expenditarea authorized to be made during the year, unless expresser
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist:

SECTION 46 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Mayor and is subject to .the laws.of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
