ORDINANCE NO. I 1962
"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE 03200.00 FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND TO PROPERTIES -OTHER
EQUIPMENT IN THE FIRE DEPARTI4ENT BUDGET FOR THE PURCHASE OF A SHORT BLOCK. ENGINE, THAT
CAN BE USED IN SEVERAL FIRE TRUCKS111.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City Government in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that for the expenses of the City government and its institutions for the year
onding December 31, 1.9 62 , the following amount of money is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified, said sum being subject
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held
to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless express4T
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist:

SECTION 4� This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after'its passage
