THE ZONING ORDINANCE 'OF RICI-P.11OND, I15DIANYA, APPROVED A'PRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED by the ComrLion.Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953, c ' orm-r.only known as the,
Zoning Ordinance-ol Richmond., and -the Zone map,.made a part thereof,
designates -and describes as Residential C.the following described
territory in,the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, to -wit:
Lots numbered and 7 in, ka-iollwood Additio'n to the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
95 feet off of the entire west side of the following described
real estate: A part of the s6u&1east quarter of Section 31,
Township 141., Range 1 West, and bounded as follows,.to-wit-..
Beginningat.a stone 13.39 rods north of the southeast corner
of said quarter,' the same being the northeast corner of land
formerly.owned by Timothy Harrison, deceased; thence west
24.52 rods; thence north 185.15 feet to a,point due west of
the center of a hackberr"y tree; thence east parallel with the
south line of said tractthroughthe center of said tree 24.52
rods; thence south 185.15 feet to the place of beginning,
being known as Tract.No'579 on the'Official Map of the City
of Richmond, Indiana; and dart of the southeast 'quarter of

to -wit: Beginning at a point in the east line df said Section

SECTION 2. it is hereby ordained that the use district in the zoning
Ordinance and on the Zone.map be, and the same -is hereby changed cover-
ing the above described territory to General,Business'and that the"
said territory and the use and. area thereof be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approva 1 1 by the Mayor,and publication as by
law required.
