AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
April 25, 2016
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, April 25, 2016 in the
Auditorium at the Service Building. Chairperson J. Clayton Miller called the meeting to order at
6:00 p.m. Member's present was Jamie Lopeman, Misty Hollis, Jeffrey Locke, Bruce Wissel,
Ron Oler,Doug Goss, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson and Chairman Miller. Board member Gary
Turner was absent. Also attending from Richmond Power and Light was Rich Cody and General
Manager Randy Baker.
1. 2015 Year in Review
General Manager Randy Baker presented to the Board of Directors a recap/review of
2015 for Richmond Power and Light and Parallax Systems.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
