AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
February 1, 2016
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
February 1, 2016 in the conference room at the City Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, IN.
Chairperson Clay Miller called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Bruce Wissel, Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner, Jamie
Lopeman, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Ron Oler, Misty Hollis and Chairman Miller. Attending from
Richmond Power and Light was Bob Schroeder and General Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
