AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
January 6,2016
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on
Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in the large conference room at the Service Building at Richmond
Power&Light,2000 U.S.27 South,Richmond,IN. Chairperson Clay Miller called the meeting to
order at 6:00 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss,Bruce Wissel,Jeffrey Locke,Gary Turner,Misty Hollis,
Ron Oler, Jamie Lopeman, and Chairman Miller. Board member Kelley Cruse-Nicholson was
absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
