AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
January 20,2016
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on
Wednesday, January 20, 2016 in the large conference room at the Service Building at Richmond
Power&Light,2000 U.S. 27 South,Richmond,IN. Chairperson Clay Miller called the meeting to
order at 6:03 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Bruce Wissel, Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner, Jamie
Lopeman, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson and Chairman Miller. Board member s' Ron Oler and Misty
Hollis were absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was Bob Schroeder and General
Manager Randall Baker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
