AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
January 15,2015
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Thursday,
January 15,2015 in the large conference room at the Service Building at Richmond Power&Light,
2000 U.S. 27 South, Richmond,IN. Chairperson Philip Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00
p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss, Clay Miller, Larry Parker, Bruce Wissel, Ron Oler,
Kelley Cruse-Nicholson,Misty Hollis,and Board Chair Philip Quinn. Board member Don Winget
was absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was Bob Schroeder.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matters specified in thepublic notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 5 .
