The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, March 24, 2013 in the
Auditorium at the Service Building. Chairperson Philip Quinn called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Member's present was Don Winget, Misty Hollis, Larry Parker, Clay Miller, Bruce Wissel and Chairman
Quinn. Board members' Kelly Cruse-Nicholson, Ron Oler and Doug Goss were absent. Also attending
from Richmond Power and Light was Susan Alexander and General Manager Randy Baker.
1. 2014 Year in Review
General Manager Randy Baker presented to the Board of Directors a recap/review of 2014.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
