' 15-6 of Ike Pir0110 Of cgnr exkx, �q_ T_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 160 - 119.1, "CERTIFICATE OF CONTINUED USE OR OCCUPANCY" OF CHAPTER 160, ENTITLED "LAND DEVELOPMENT" OF CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough ") that Chapter 160, entitled "LAND DEVELOPMENT," of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: Section 1. Section 160 - 119.1, entitled "Certifieate.of continued use or occupancy ", is hereby amended and supplemented to delete subsection D. Fee schedule in its entirety and replace same with the following, the balance to remain unchanged: D. Fee schedule (including fee as per N.J.A.C. 5:70 -2.3). Unit Fee Single Family $100.00 Two Family $150.00 Three Family or larger $300.00 Mixed Commercial and/or Residential $300.00 LI, HIA & HIB 0 -2,500 sq. ft. $750.00 Non - Residential 25,000- 50,000 sq. ft. $1,000.00 Non - Residential 50,000 sq. ft. or more $1,500.00 Temporary CO or Extension — Residential $75.00 Commercial $150.00 Industrial $500.00 3 Inspection $50.00 /unit Name change only $50.00 Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of any such inconsistencies. Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from the remainder of this Ordinance.
