AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 4,2015
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on
Wednesday,November 4,2015 in the large conference room at the Service Building at Richmond
Power&Light,2000 U.S.27 South,Richmond,IN. Chairperson Philip Quinn called the meeting to
order at 6:03 p.m.
Member's present was Doug Goss,Clay Miller, Larry Parker, Bruce Wissel,Don Winget,
Ron Oler,Kelley Cruse-Nicholson and Board Chair Philip Quinn. Board member Misty Hollis was
absent. Also in attendance was Bob Schroeder and General Manager Randy Baker from Richmond
Power and Light,Tony Sullivan from Barnes and Thornburg,and City Attorney Walt Chidester.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
