AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 9, 2015
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday,November 9,2015 in
the Auditorium at the Service Building. Chairperson Philip Quinn called the meeting to order at
6:02 p.m. Member's present was Misty Hollis, Larry Parker, Clay Miller, Doug Goss,Ron Oler
and Chairman Quinn. Board members' Kelly Cruse-Nicholson,Bruce Wissel and Don Winget
were absent. Also attending from Richmond Power and Light were Clay Carman, Sandra
Lambert,Rich Cody, Susan Alexander and General Manager Randy Baker. Guests in attendance
were newly elected Board member's Gary Turner,Jeffrey Locke and Jamie Lopeman.
1. The 2016 expense budget and the 2016, 2017,and 2018 capital budgets were
presented to the Board. The 2016 expense and capital budgets were discussed in
detail.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
