HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 15-07No. :15 -7 of 11IE piau fj -of Qlar eta, ( N- T- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 160 -43 "SUBDIVISION FEES" OF CHAPTER 160, "LAND DEVELOPNIENT" OF CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the `Borough') as follows: Section 1. § 160-43 "Subdivision fees" is hereby amended and supplemented to incorporate the following new replacement fees by deleting subsection A. Direct Board fees for subdivision and subsection B. Escrow Fees in their entirety and replacing same with the following, the balance to remain unchanged: A. Direct Board fees for subdivisions shall be as follows: Minor Subdivision Major Subdivision Site Plan approval Appeals Zoning Appeals Interpretation of Zoning Map Bulk Variance Use Variance Conditional Use Variance Extension of Approval Interpretation of Zoning Regulations Administrative Approval Hearing Amended Site Plan B. All Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such inconsistency. Section 3. If may section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this Ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
