AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1728-19590 BY THE ADDITION OF

MAINTENANCE, SUPERVISION, REGUI ATION AND CONTROL OF THE USE OF PARKING.MTERS a

THEREOF, EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE RECEIPTS ObTAINE.D FROM THE OPERATION -OF PARKING
METERS: PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE

SECTION 1 o BE Ib CM�iINED by the Common Council, of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that section 2 of Ordinance 1728-1959 be amanded by the addition of paragraph
(H) as followsg
(H) South 9th street from "All to "B" streets ( West side only )
.In any of the said parking meter zones, or portions thereof, the Board of. Public
Works and. Safety s at its d.iscreation, may cause parking meters to be installed
at each space in such zones and shall, see -that there shall be plainly indicated
on each of the ureters the time Iiraitation forparking. Such time limits 'shall be
designated by appropriate notice posted in proximity of such meters.
SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by lava required.
