Approval of Contract#31-2021
Dear Board of Public Works and Safety Members:
The Finance Department is requesting approval of Contract# 31-2021, with Centerstone
Solutions, Inc. This contact covers our Employee Assistance Program services for employees of
the City of Richmond. Centerstone Solutions, Inc. provides six free problem-solving and
coaching sessions to employees and their families as well as referrals. The term of this contact
will be 22 months. The fees for this service are based on a per employee per month rate, totaling
approximately $7,236 annually.
