WHEREAS Certain Oxtraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of they
®-Ideting annual budget so that it is now necessaa7 to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City government in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT MDA.I=, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,, Indiana,
that for the espensea o the City government and its institutions for the year
ending December 31, 19 �1 . the following amount of menay is hereby appropriated
and s®t apart out of the fund named and for the purposes specified. Said sum being
subject, to all laws governing they same., Such amounts appropriated shall be he 3A
