OF FUCIU41O JD, XNDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of tho City* of Richmond, Indianazz
SECTION 1. Mi-EREAS, Ordinance Now 1472-1953,' Commonly kno-Dm as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, and the Zone map made a part thereof, designates and describes as

Being a part of the Northwest quarter of Section 16-13-1, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 27, in the Willie Smith Sub=
division, in the centerline of the Boston Pike, thence southeastwardly along said
centerline of Boston Pike 195.5 feet;,thence south 44 degrees west, 461 feet; thence
west 97.3 feet to the southeast corner of Lot No. 1 in Willie Smith Sub -Division; thence
north 150 feet; thence nortt 29 degrees 22 minutes east 148.48 feet; thence south 60
degrees 38 minute's east 76.97 feet; thence north 29 degrees 22 minutes east 204.18 feet,
to the place of beginning. Also, all of Lot No. 27 in the Willie Smith Sub -division.
The above described property has approximately 275.5 feet frontage on Boston Pike.
