SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Comaaon Council of the City of Richmond., TnAlart ,
that Section 2, of Ordirsa.ncta No. 1728-1959 be amended by the addition of paragraph
as T011.0-1�ng:
(I) The East 'bide of- the north botnd traffic lame of South 10th
Street A- om South "B"Street to Park Pl,ave and writ side of
he south bound traffic lane of South 10th Street from Park
Place south to South "B" Street; and the north side only of
Park Place, 900 'clock from South 10th Street nest, to the allay,
tli any of the said, park-ing mater zones, or portions t.hel-oof, the Board of Pnbi 11L(�-
Works and Safety, at its: discretion, may cause parking maters to be installed
at each space in such zonea and shall see: that there shall be plainly indicated
on each of the meters the tivie limitation for parking. Stich time I.axeiits shall be
designated by appropriate notice in proximity of such meters,
