SECTION L BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE COMON COUNC-T.L OF THE CITY Or RICHKONE, INDLINA, that for
the expenses of the City government and its institutions for the year ending December 31,
19 L, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the 'Lund

appropriations be now reduced in amounts as follows, and the same appropriated to the above
