RESOLUTION NO. 12-08-05
APPROVING A REVISED AGREEMENT FOR THE
COLORADO COUNTY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES
RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION (CCOERA) RETIREMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, Fraser has provided a retirement program for its employees
through the Colorado County Officials and Employees Retirement Association
(CCOERA) since 1995;
WHEREAS, CCOERA requires its members to sign a participation
agreement that is occasionally updated to reflect employment and financial
management trends;
WHEREAS, CCOERA recently amended and restated its participation
agreement, effective July 1, 2005; and

WHEREAS, the Town Board of Trustees has approved an increase to four
percent (4%) in both employee and Town mandatory contributions to the 401
Plan effective December 17, 2005. I '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE TOWN OF FRASER that the Town of Fraser approves the amended and
restated participation agreement as proposed by the Colorado County Officials
and Employee Retirement Association.
