AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND COUNCIL PRESIDENT TO
EXECUTE DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THE
TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL PERMIT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, at times it is necessary to have the Mayor and Borough Council
President execute necessary documentation for endorsements, approvals, etc. required
by the NJDEP on behalf of the Borough of Carteret in connection with Treatment
Works Approval Permit Program; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the
Mayor and Borough Council President are hereby authorized to execute all necessary
endorsements, approvals, etc., required by the NJDEP on behalf of the Borough of
Carteret in connection with the Treatment Works Approval Permit Program.
Adopted this 4th day of March, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 5, I999.
