State of Indiana:
Being at a point 26.22 rods south and 336 feet east of the N. W. corner of said S. W. quarter of
section 9, Township 13, Range 1 West, thence eastwardly 249.09 feet to the south right-of-way
line of the C.& 0 R.R. thence eastwardly along the said south line R.R. right-of-way to the
west line of South 13th Street, thence go along the west line of said South 13th Street to a
point 374.1 feet north of south line of the north half of the S. W. quarter of Section 9,
said point being Ramkins N. W. corner thence southwestwardly along said Ramkins north line
281 feet. Thence westwardly 907.55 feet to a poiht 336 feet east of west line of the S. W.
quarter of Section 9, Thence north 100 feet, thence west 300 feet to a jaoint of South 9th
Street. Then 100 feet along the South 9th Street line to a point the S. W. Corner of Frank
P. Laschiavo. Thence 300 feet thence 410.5 feet to the place of being.
