• 2020 Road Program & Common Street (Onyx Corporation)
o Mill transition areas on Boylston Street at Nichols Ave., Adams Street at Nichols Ave., Dexter
Street at Willow Park and at Nichols Ave., Kimball Road at Maplewood Street, Wheeler Lane at
Riverside Street, and N. Beacon Street at Paul Street (tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June
29)
o Raise castings and binder pave the raised table at the Nichols Ave. and Dexter Ave. intersection
o Top course date for Nichols Ave. and Wheeler Lane TBD
o Punch list work (all work areas)
• 2021 Road Program (Lorusso Corporation)
o Continue curb and sidewalk installation on Alden Road, Sheldon Road, and Hazel Street
• Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitations Contract 19-015 (Commonwealth Construction)
o Contractor will loam and seed on Chapman Street, Lexington Street, Nyack Street and Oakley
Road
• Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitations Contract 20-015 (Umbra & Sons Construction)
o Inland Waters will install cementitious lining in manholes on the following streets:
o Amherst Road
o Bailey Road
o Harrington Street
o Holt Street
o Irving Street at Garnet Street
o James Street
o Mangano Court
o Marcia Road
o Marshall Street
o Otis Street
o Riverside Street
o Russell Avenue
o Russell Street
o Spruce Street (Lincoln Street to Mt. Auburn Street)
o Stoneleigh Road (Stoneleigh Circle to Bailey Road)
• 2021 Sanitary Sewer Investigations (National Water Main)
o Contractor will be cleaning and inspecting various sewer lines (7:00 AM — 4:00 PM) within the
Project 2, Project 3 and 4 work areas. No interruption of water or sewer service is anticipated,
however there may be temporary road closures and/or parking restrictions.
o Flow isolation (12:00 AM — 6:00 AM) is complete.
• Water Service Replacement Program (Paolini LLC)
o Begin water service replacement (water main to shut-off box in sidewalk) at the following
locations on Chapman Street (Warren Street to Main Street): #130/128, #122, #116/118, #114,
#109, #66, #65, #55/57, #51/53, #49, #23, and #4/6.
• Sidewalk Repair Program (Century Paving)
o Continue/complete sidewalk repairs on Marcia Road
o Begin sidewalk repairs on York Ave.
• Line Painting (KS Corporation)
o NIGHT WORK —line painting, town -wide
• National Grid Gas Work
Utility companies are responsible for notifying residents prior to conducting work, but planned work
is listed below:
o Continue/complete gas main replacement on Beechwood Ave.
o Continue gas main replacement on Cottage Street
o Continue gas main replacement on Lovell Road
o Begin gas main replacement on George Street and Wilson Ave.
o Continue gas main replacement on Arlington Street, #264 to #284 Arlington Street; Note: Mt.
Auburn Street intersection work planned on Sunday, June 27 (8 AM to 4 PM)
