Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, W e
County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of Maid city, in their
regular Heating n the council ghambgps i n the City.,Hall in said city,

7030 P. M., consider the follauing additional appropriations to most the
extraordinary emergencies existing at this time.
That for the expense of the various city governmental departments,, for the
year exuding on December 31, 1961, the following sums of money is hereby
appropriated and set apart out of the Funds named and for the purpose

taxpayers objecting to any such additional appropriation may be heard.
