VILLAGE OF PLAZNFIELD ADOPTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAZNFIELD THIS 3RD DAY OF APRIL, 1995 PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM 8Y THE AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAZNFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS THIS 13TH DAY OF APRIL 1995. 1400 NORTW DIVISION STREf=T •PLAZNFIELD, ILLINOIS 60544 • (815) 436-7093 • Fax (815) 436-1950 ORDINANCE NO. 1611 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRTATTON OF FUNDS FOR THE LINE CHARGE FUND OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1994 AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1995 WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Plainfield have heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 1568, the annual appropriation ordinance of the Village for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1994 and ending April 30, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as Ordinance No. 7.568); and WHEREAS, Section 8-~2-9 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/8--2-9) provides, in part, that the corporate authorities of the Village of Plainfield may adopt a supplemental appropriation ordinance in an amount not in excess of the fund balance available at the time Ordinance No. 1568 was adopted, but which was not appropriated at the time; and WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Plainfield have determined that it is necessary and desirable to make a supplemental appropriation with respect to the Line Charge Fund of the Village for Fiscal Year 1994-1995, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows: Section 1: That the following sums, or so much thereof as may be authorized by law, are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Village of Plainfield to defray all necessary expenses and liabilities of said Village as hereinafter specified for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 1994, and ending April. 30, 1995, as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof . Section 2: That all Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as prova.ded by law.
