o Top course paving of Maplewood Street at Kimball Road, Nichols Ave., N. Beacon Street at Paul
Street, and Wheeler Lane scheduled for Monday, July 12 to Tuesday, July 13, weather permitting
o Punch list work (all work areas)
• 2021 Road Program (Lorusso Corporation)
o Continue curb and sidewalk installation on Alden Road, Sheldon Road, and Hazel Street
• Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitations Contract 19-01S (Commonwealth Construction)
o Sewer main replacement on N. Beacon Street from Arsenal Street to Alfred Road; to support the
work, N. Beacon Street will be closed in the eastbound direction only, from Arsenal Street to
Alfred Road —follow posted detour
o Trench repairs on Belmont Street at Hardy Ave.
• Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitations Contract 20-01S (Umbra & Sons Construction)
o Inland
Waters will install cementitious lining in manholes on the following streets:

• 2021 Sanitary Sewer Investigations (National Water Main)
o Contractor will be cleaning and inspecting various sewer lines (7:00 AM — 4:00 PM) within the
Project 2, Project 3 and 4 work areas. No interruption of water or sewer service is anticipated,
however there may be temporary road closures and/or parking restrictions
• Water Service Replacement Program (Paolini LLC)
o Continue water service replacement (water main to shut-off box in sidewalk) at the following
locations on Chapman Street (Warren Street to Main Street): #49, #23, #4/6, and #180
o Begin water service replacements on Olcott St: #60, #57-59, #50, #45-47, #39, #32, #13-15, #20
o Depending on work progress, begin water service replacements at #84 and #76 King Street
• Bromfield Street Water Main Replacement (Paolini LLC)
o Mobilize and begin laying down water main by-pass system
• Sidewalk Repair Program (Century Paving)
o Complete sidewalk repairs on Garnet Street, from Irving Street to Phillips Street
o Begin sidewalk repairs on Fairview Ave.
• Line Painting (K5 Corporation)
o NIGHT WORK —line painting, town -wide
• National Grid Gas Work
Utility companies are responsible for notifying residents prior to conducting work, but planned work
is listed below:
o Continue gas main replacement on Cottage Street
o Continue gas main replacement on Lovell Road
o Continue gas main replacement on George Street and Wilson Ave.
o Continue gas main replacement on Arlington Street, #264 to #284 Arlington Street; Note: Mt.
Auburn Street intersection work planned on Sunday, July 11 and 18 (8 AM to 4 PM)
