WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to "LOCAL BUSINESS"

SECTION-2o It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described territ-
ory to "LOCAL BUSINESS" and that the said territory ,: anal the use and area there-

SECTION 3o This ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its
