West, in Wayne County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot number four (4); thence South eighty-
seven (87) degrees twenty (20) minutes East along the north line of said Lot number
four (4) , one hundred fifty (150) feet to the northeast corner of said lot number
