An Ordinance to Annex to the City of Richmond, Indiana, a certain territory
contiguous thereto, describing the same, profid*ng for the Publication thereof and
fixing the time when same shall take effect.
Be it ordaindd by the Common Council of the City of Richmond., Wayne County,

,Indiana:
SECTION.-1. That the following described territory be annexed to and declared
to be part of said City- of Richmond, Indiana, -
Being a -part of the Southeast starter of Section Three (3), Township Thirteen (13)
North, Range One (1) West, in Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north line of the southeast quarter of said section
three (3), said point being one thousand (1000.00) feet south eighty-nine (89)
degrees and forty-two (42) minutes east of the northwest corner of said southeast
quarter, and running thence, from said beginning point, south, parallel to the west
line of said. southeast quarter, a distance of four hundred (400) feet; thence west,
parallel to the north line of said southeast quarter, five hundred (500) feet; thence
south, parallel to the west line of said southeast quarter, four hundred fifteen and
seventy-six hundredths (415.76) feet; thence south eighty-nine (89) degrees and twenty-
seven (27) minutes east, one thousand four hundred twenty- six and sixty-eight hundredths
(1426.68)--feet; thence north zero (0)_ degrees and thirty-three (33) minutes east,
two hundred fifty-five (255) feet; thence north forty- four (44) degrees andfbrty-
eight(48) minutes west, two hundred seventy-four and eighty-five hundredths (274.85)
feet; thence north fifty-nine (59) degrees and twelve (12) minutes west, one hundred
thirty-four (134) feet; thence north zero (0) degrees and arty -eight (48) minutes
east, three hundred four (104) feet to a point in the north line of said southeast
quarter; thence north eighty-nine (89) degrees and twelve (12) minutes west, along
said north lire, two htmdred eighty-four and eighty-one hundredths (284.81) feet;
thence north eighty-nine (89) degrees and arty -two (42) minutes west,'along said
north line, three hundred thirty- nine and forty-seven hundredths (339.47) feet to
the place of beginning, containing a total area of nineteen and thirty two hundredths
(19.32) acres, more or less, of which eighty-four hundredths (0-84) acres, more or
less, is recorded in the name of Glen A. and Audree I. Ramsdell, and eighteen and
forty- eight hundredths (18048). acres, more or less, is recorded in the name of
Brantner- Robbins, Incorporated, said records being in the Office of the Wayne County
Recorder, Wayne County, Indiana,
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor, and published as by law required.
Passed by theCommon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this `21 day of
